Bobbi Russell, WTS, AHLC, is a Certified Clinical Trichologist and Master Hair Replacement Specialist practicing in the State of Florida. Trichology is the non-medical study of the hair and scalp.

Services provided are educational, cosmetic, and supportive in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease as defined by Florida law.

Bobbi Russell does not practice medicine, dermatology, nursing, naturopathy, or any other licensed medical profession. She does not prescribe medications, order laboratory tests independently, interpret medical diagnostics for the purpose of diagnosis, or provide medical treatment.

Referral for Medical Services

Any service that constitutes medical treatment — including but not limited to PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), medical scalp injections, prescription therapies, or physician-directed medical procedures — is performed exclusively by a licensed Florida physician or qualified healthcare provider within their legal scope of practice.

Clients requiring medical evaluation for hormonal disorders, autoimmune conditions, nutritional deficiencies, dermatologic disease, cancer-related hair loss, or any underlying health concern are referred to an appropriately licensed medical professional.

Participation in any medical service occurs under the supervision and authority of the licensed medical provider, not under the authority of Bobbi Russell.

Recommendations regarding scalp products, nutraceuticals, wellness strategies, or lifestyle modifications are provided for educational purposes only and are not medical prescriptions.
